Barcenas, a seasoned environmental, health and safety (EHS) professional with over 29 years of experience in providing EHS support to the manufacturing and services industry across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. As a former environmental regulator, Fortune 100 company EHS program manager, and subsequent seasoned consultant, Dean has a rich and broad understanding of the environmental, health and safety regulatory landscape, and can put his project management and technical experience to work for you on your next project.
